Check out this weekend’s Nations League and where to watch it live!

Nations League champions take on France

Third round of Nations League awaits as some of the true European giants face each other. England – Belgium, Poland – Italy and France – Portugal are some of the games to look forward to this weekend. Make sure to check in on TVsports.in to find out where to watch the games live on TV and stream.

England – Belgium, Sunday 11/10

England has started Nations League with one win against Iceland (1-0) followed up by a 0-0 draw against Denmark. Tight games against two opponents where England were favourites to win. England played against Wales in a nation’s derby prior to Sundays clash against Belgium and won comfortable with 3-0. Worth mentioning from that game is that Ings, Calvert-Lewin and Coady, all made their first international goal for England.

Belgium, just like England, played on Thursday night when they faced the Ivory Coast. The game ended 1-1 and the Belgium line-up was a mix of new faces. We can expect some of the more experienced players on the pitch when it’s time for kick-off on Sunday evening. A win for Belgium against England would put them in a great position to advance to the final stage of the tournament.

2.     England 4p
3.     Denmark 1p

Poland – Italy, Sunday 11/10

Poland fell short against Netherlands in the opening game of Nations League with 1-0. They followed that up by beating Bosnia Herzegovina by 2-1 and hope to continue on that streak when facing Italy on Sunday. Robert Lewandowski should be back in action and his performance will be crucial if Poland are going to get anything from this game.

Italy started Nations League somewhat sloppy when they only got one point from their home game against Bosnia Herzegovina. The draw was followed up by an impressive win over Netherlands and with four points Gli Azzurri top the group.

1.     Italy 4p
2.     Netherlands 3p
3.     Poland 3p
4.     Bosnia Herzegovina 1p

France – Portugal, Sunday 11/10

Six points from two games and level with Sunday’s opponents. The game on Stade de France on Sunday night will be an interesting one between two of the world’s strongest football teams. France are favourites to win but will have to be on their best to overcome Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portugal. Looking at France last game, 7-1 win over Ukraine, you can tell that this team has something special. Truth is that majority of the players on the French bench would go straight into any other national team.

Portugal is the reigning Nations League champions and has been a national team to look out for in recent years. With a good mix of young talents and experienced world class players Fernando Santos has managed to build a winning machine. There are no doubts that France – Portugal will be the game of the weekend and as always you will find the right channel or stream to watch the action at TVsports.in!
