Italy – Netherlands, Wednesday

Missing players: Gaetano Castrovilli (ITA), Andrea Belotti (ITA), Marten de Roon (NL)

Sunday’s game against Poland saw Italy draw for a second time this Nations League tournament. It was a game to win for Italy and with 16 shots against Fabianski in goal it was a disappointment when they left the pitch with only one point. Italy, lead by Roberto Mancini, are still in top of the group and will take a big step towards the final stage of the tournament if they pick up a win against Netherlands.

Netherlands haven’t got the perfect start under the new manager Frank de Boer. A 1-0 loss against Italy was followed up by 0-0 against Bosnia Herzegovina and the Oranje now find themselves in a tough position to advance from the group stage. Memphis Depay will be back for the game against Italy while Marten de Roon will miss out due to a one-match ban.

1.     Italy 5p
2.     Netherlands 4p
3.     Poland 4p
4.     Bosnia Herzegovina 2p

England – Denmark, Wednesday

Missing players: Raheem Sterling (ENG)

England took an impressive win against Belgium last weekend when they managed to turn an early Belgium lead to a strong 2-1 result at Wembley. Marcus Rashford was clinical when he converted a penalty to 1-1 before Mason Mount finished of the game by scoring the decisive goal. England top their group and is the only unbeaten team of the four nations in Group 2.

Just like England, Denmark has been putting in some impressive performances during this Nations League tournament. 0-0 against England was followed up with a dominant 3-0 win over Iceland. Now it’s time to visit Wembley for a tough a game where the Danes will be hoping for at least one point.

2.     Belgium 6p
3.     Denmark 4p
4.     Iceland 0p

Croatia – France, Wednesday

Missing players: Ante Rebic (CRO), Sime Vrsaljko (CRO), Marcelo Brozovic (CRO), Dayot Upamecano (FRA)

Croatia managed to beat Sweden with 2-1 in Zagreb, but it was a game with two faces. The home team started the game best and took a well deserved 1-0 lead. As the game went on Sweden took over more and more and if it wasn’t for Pontus Jansson’s mistake in the second half Croatia would have been held to a draw. Marcelo Brozovic will be out for the game against France after picking up enough yellow cards for a one-match ban.

The world champions France played 0-0 against Portugal last weekend. The game didn’t offer too much excitement and both teams felt pleased with the shared points. Didier Deschamps has a close to full fit team to work with and hope to pick up three points from Wednesdays game and put pressure on Portugal.

1.     Portugal 7p
2.     France 7p
3.     Croatia 3p
4. Sweden 0p
