The defending champions, Mumbai Indians, might not have got the start they hoped for this season after a narrow loss against Royal Challengers Bangalore. They got their first win of the season in the following game as they showed Kolkata Knight Riders why the Indians is a team to count on even this season. The game on Saturday against Sunrisers Hyderabad is another one they should be able to overcome. Mumbai Indians has such strength in the squad that we hold them as favorites in more or less every game this season. Sunrisers Hyderabad surprisingly progressed all the way to last year’s second qualifier where they lost against Delhi Capitals.
Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Kolkata Knight Riders

Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders both finished on 14 points last season with seven wins and seven losses. RCB proceeded to the eliminator where they didn’t manage to defeat Sunrisers Hyderabad. Kolkata Knight Riders has a squad for the top 4 but will have to be more consistent in their game to get there. This should be an interesting encounter between two teams similar in strength.
