FC Goa went into the final round knowing that a loss against Hyderbad FC would have put an early end to their season.

If FC Goa are to have any chance of reaching the final they will have to get a good result from the first leg when playing at home. They can’t rely too much on the defense in this game but will have to open up sooner or later in order to get the goal that could take them to the semifinals. Mumbai City FC on the other hand posses the league’s best offensive and should be able to exploit any openings as FC Goa push forward.
