Predictions

France are favorites to lift the European Championship trophy with a team full of world class players. After a disappointing loss in the final against Portugal five years ago the French team is ready to conquer Europe. With the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Karim Benzema, Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann they have a team more complete than most other nations.
France have however been drawn into a tough group along with Germany, Portugal and Hungary. They should have a good chance of at least reaching the semifinals if they manage to proceed from the group stage.

Belgium have never managed to win the European Championship, though they have a squad able to do it this summer. The golden generation of Belgium including Romelu Lukaku, Kevin de Bruyne and Hazard will probably not have too many major tournaments to go in their careers and so the Euro 2020 could be the one for the Belgium national team. Belgium are found in Group B along with Denmark, Russia and Finland. This is a group where most fans and experts agree on Belgium as group winners which would give them a good chance of reaching the later stages of the tournament.

England have just like Belgium never won the European Championship. The home of football is one of a few big football nations in Europe that has never lifted the trophy. Will Gareth Southgate be the man to make a change to this disappointing record? To his help he has a talented group of players consisting of a mix of young talents and experienced leaders. Harry Kane, Jadon Sancho, Phil Foden and Jack Grealish are some of the players who the English fans put their hopes to during the Euro 2020. England are going to face Croatia, Scotland and the Czech Republic in the group stage. If everything goes as planned England will finish first in Group D and will then play the second placed team from Group F (Portugal, France, Germany, Hungary. Not an easy task for the English team where the road to the final can be a tricky one with several potential top ranked opponents.
