Croatia – Portugal

Croatia picked up a somewhat surprising loss against Sweden in the last round with 2-1. Now they need to match or do better than Sweden’s result against France on Tuesday if they’re going to stay in the top division. The Croatian manager Zlatko Dalic has some issues to take care of when going into the final game. Andrej Kramaric, Marcelo Brozovic and Domagoj Vida are all out for this game due to the coronavirus.

Portugal is currently on 2nd place and will have no chance of reaching France who're top of the group. We can expect a couple of new faces coming on for Portugal as they rest some of their top players. Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Felix and Bruno Fernandes will all be rested for this game.

Last time the two nations meet Portugal got the better of Croatia and won by 4-1. Now, with a Portuguese team with nothing to play for and a Croatian team who needs a good result to avoid relegation, we should see a much tighter game.

Spain – Germany

Germany travel to Spain for a final game in the UEFA Nations League. The Spaniards will have to win this game to move ahead of Germany and advance to the final stage of the tournament. Spain only picked up one point when they faced Switzerland in their last game. Sergio Ramos didn't have one of his best games as he managed to miss two penalties.

Germany have won two and drew three games so far. They’re top of the table on 9 points and will have to get at least one more point to proceed to the final stages. The previous meeting between Spain and Germany ended 1-1 and we should expect a close game on Tuesday as well. Thiago, Ansu Fati and Rodrigo Moreno are out for Spain while Germany will be without Joshua Kimmich, Nico Schulz and Jonas Hoffman.

England – Iceland

England fell short against Belgium last time out with 2-0 and are currently sitting on 3rd place in a group where Belgium and Denmark will fight for the Final Four-spot. England faced Iceland in the first round of the Nations League in an eventful game. Two red cards, two penalties and a winning goal on extra time gave England three points.

Iceland lost in the most crucial of ways when they played Hungary last weekend in a game for a spot in the Euros 2020. A 1-0 win slipped through their hands as Hungary scored both one and two goals in the last minutes of the game.
Iceland are in the bottom of their Nations League group and will have no chance of securing a place in the top division. England are favourites to win Wednesday’s game and should do so with better players on all positions.
