Finishing the previous season with five consecutive wins wasn’t enough for Arsenal as they never managed to get better than eight. No European tournament participation for The Gunners who will have all eyes on the Champions League spots this season. Mikel Arteta has brought in Nuno Tavares (SL Benfica), Albert Lokonga (Anderlecht) and Ben White (Brighton) while Ceballos, Odegaard and David Luiz are among the players who’ve left.
Brentford made their way to the Premier League by winning the Playoff final against Swansea City at Wembley Stadium. Their promotion to the English top division will be the club’s first since 1946/47.
